Most purchases on our website are refundable for 30 days after purchase as a result of:

SERVICE NOT RENDERED - ByteHosting failing to provide services by reason of:
- service malfunction resulting in the loss of customer data and/or customer websites on ByteHostings behalf
- ByteHostings inability to provide the required services due to technical limitations and failures.
- ByteHosting is not able to ship or provision the Item within 24 hours after time of purchase.
Fraudulent Orders (FRAUD): ByteHosting will refund orders on the sole factor of fraud if it is so determined BY ByteHosting that the Order was NOT completed by purchaser (person placing the order, at the time the order was placed).

After the first 30-days since time of purchase ByteHostings purchases are generally NON-REFUNDABLE except in certain conditions as stated such as SERVICES NOT RENDERED & FRAUD. All other refunds are at the discretion of ByteHosting. All refunds will include a deduction of 15% restocking-fee or the ACTUAL cost incurred by ByteHosting as a result of the purchaser placing the order, which ever is greater, of the original PURCHASE PRICE of the item being refunded.

Refunds on multi-month contracts will only be issued on the REMAINDER of the time-left on the contract ByteHosting WILL-NOT refund any payments for PREVIOUS months (except the most recent month) of a multi-month contract. For example if you are in a 12-month contract starting in January ending in December if you request a refund in November you will only be eligible for a refund from NOVEMBER until DECEMBER.

ByteHosting shall-not and will-not be responsible for Overdraft fees & other bank or third-party imposed fees as a result of your making a purchase with ByteHosting. By using ByteHosting services you agree to indemify and hold-harmless ByteHosting for issues arising out of using our hosting services. You also agree that ByteHostings SOLE and MAXIMUM liability will be the amount of the original purchase.

ByteHosting reserves the right to deny any refund request it so determines.
