• Dec 2007 - ByteHosting Expands into NJ Datacenter, brings EWR1 POP online.
  
  
• Mar 2007 - ByteHosting Launches Voice-of-IP Digital Telephone service on a limited-basis to select approved applicants. We also released our public "Monitoring" services to the world.
  
  
• Aug 2006 - ByteHosting drastically lowers hosting costs, starts to offer colocation and dedicated server services, and announces its sister-site www.bytecenter.com to its clients.
  
  
• Jun 2005 - ByteHosting expands service offerings by obtaining space in the Level3 Internet Gateway Site, in Cincinnati, OH. ByteHosting obtains more than 100 times the current capacity of our network.
  
  
• Oct 2004 - ByteHosting acquires Chain Communications Customers - Welcome Aboard!
  
  
• Aug 2003 - ByteHosting opens Cincinnati, OH datacenter - Moves all servers from Annarbor Datacenter, to Cincinnati Datacenter.
  
  
• Jan 2003 - Company converted to an Amelia, Ohio based Limited Liability Company.
  
  
• Jul 2001 - Dedicated Servers and colocation services now available for ByteHosting Clients. Company now hosts websites in almost 150 different countries.
  
  
• Jan 2000 - ByteHosting signed agreements with Chain Communications to provide dedicated servers and colocation requirements to ByteHosting, and opened a Ann Arbor, MI datacenter.
  
  
• Dec 1999 - First Dedicated Server purchased, now hosting almost 200 clients, in 5 different countries worldwide. This dedicates server was housed in an Alexandria, VA colocation center.
  
  
• Aug 1997 - Company founded by Amelia, OH middle school student James Reno as a hobby and 8th grade school project. ByteHosting was housed on a third party server reselling webhosting services.
